Built on daily standards
Goodman Tennis Academy was founded in 2026 to give mid-Missouri players the coaching, structure and courts that serious development needs.

What we believe
The academy is run the way a college program is run.
Every player leaves better
We measure ourselves by improvement. A beginner who learns to rally matters as much as a junior who wins a tournament.
One standard, many approaches
Effort, attitude and respect are expected from everyone. How we coach each player depends on the player.
Practice under pressure
Sessions are competitive and purposeful, so that match day feels like something you have already done.
The facility
Academy programs run at the Green Tennis Center on the University of Missouri campus in Columbia. Its four indoor courts are the only indoor tennis courts in Boone County, which lets us run a full program twelve months a year.
Goodman Tennis Academy is an independent business that rents court time at the facility. It is owned and operated by Goodman Tennis LLC.
